Tracking Basics

Enter your tracking number on the Home page to see real-time updates. If you see “Label Created,” it means the sender generated a label and we’re awaiting the first scan. “In Transit” indicates the package is moving between facilities. “Out for Delivery” appears when your local station dispatches a driver.

Missed Delivery

If you missed a delivery, we’ll attempt re-delivery or hold the package at your local hub for pickup. Bring a valid photo ID matching the recipient name. For address changes or reroutes, contact support promptly.

Delays & Exceptions

Weather, customs, and address issues can cause exceptions. We’ll update your ETA as conditions change. For urgent matters, reference your tracking number when contacting support so we can help faster.
